Jonathan was born and raised eight miles from Philadelphia in Southern New Jersey by third- generation Philadelphians. Jonathan moved to Southern California and lived in the Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley area before moving to Coastal Orange County. For nearly 10 years, he had a career in the field of electronics handling quotes and contracts in the aerospace industry for Wyle Laboratories.The mid 80's brought Jonathan into the retail world where he started a chain of multi-million dollar high-end collectible stores located in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Sarasota. These stores represented the likes of Red Skelton, Buddy Ebsen, Lladro, Swarovski, Guiseppee Armani and many other artisans from the U.S. and Europe.After 31 years in retail, Having bought and sold many Resort area properties for rental and appreciation purposes Jonathan decided it was time for a change. This brought Jonathan to the career of professional representation of real estate transactions where he focuses on everything from residential real estate to bricks and mortar business opportunities. A Sarasota resident since 1993 Jonathan has been helping individuals with purchasing a home, selling and managing high end rentals since 2006 . Thirty plus years working with the public as a business owner had given him priceless experiences.
