Lorelei DeRuiter is Founder and CEO of Halcyon Home Group. She is known for her award-winning sales performance and ability to grow successful sales teams through education, coaching and training. Her diverse industry experience gives her clients and team a competitive advantage in navigating real estate transactions.

Lorelei's real estate career began in the Atlanta market in 2002. She was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2003 by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and Morris and Raper Realtors. Lorelei then worked as Market Center Administrator during 2005-2006 managing operations for a Keller Williams office of 215 sales associates in St. Louis. From 2006-2008, she was CEO and Managing Broker for Keller Williams in Atlanta. Her office was ranked 1st for highest productivity out of sixty in the Southeast Region.

Over the next eight years, Lorelei worked as Director of Sales for various national and regional homebuilders. She hired, coached, and trained sales teams for over 25 neighborhoods. She was also responsible for comparative market analysis to aid in land acquisition and strategically positioning upcoming and existing communities.

After 15 years of helping other organizations grow their businesses and train their agents, Lorelei launched Halcyon Home Group in 2017. Her mission is to provide a halcyon (calm, prosperous, and happy) experience for her clients, agents and employees.
