FESPERMAN REAL ESTATE in Waycross

Welcome to Waycross and our area of south east Georgia. I love it here and hope your family will as well. I have lived in the area my entire life outside of college. My wife and I have raised our family here - I live here as my parents have and their parents. The area is convenient to larger cities like Jacksonville and Savannah, but the pace here seems a little more relaxed. We are 65 miles from the Atlantic and about 5 hours from the gulf. Many of our folks travel to Jacksonville for the day and it makes for a pretty easy trip. Our school system continues to make strides and is a leader in the state in many of the advancements being made. My college years were spent at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. I was a music major and traveled to the Holy Land with the college choir one Christmas. We sang in Bethlehem Square on Christmas Eve. It was quite something. I live in Pierce county on a stretch of land with a creek on it Let me show you how the area can work for you and your family. I can show you any property in the area you see, not just my listings. Thank you for your interest and I look forward to hearing from you. Please let me know how I can be of service. Your Best Move. Thank you. George Fesperman
