Carl Hawthorne is a Georgia native and a life long resident of the metro area with 13 years of residential home sales. Carl started his career in real estate with John Wieland Homes designing and building breathtaking communities such as Woodmont, Rivergreen, Reunion, Providence, Legacy, Ivey Walk, Heritage at Roswell, Vinings Estates, Alstead and many more excellent communities. Later, he joined Pulte Homes as Director of Community Development and created neighborhoods such as the Woodlands, Legacy on the River Line, Crabapple Registry, and Park Avenue. Finally, Carl decided to leave corporate to put more focus on the individual home buyer. Over the last 3 years, Carl has continued to grow a top producing team for north Metro Atlanta but the focus has never left the individual client. Unlike many large teams, Carl is always available to help you and your family. The Carl Hawthorne Team will close over 25 million in gross sales for 2017.
