After founding The Gray Door Group LLC, a local real estate team within Keller Williams Realty Consultants, Steve and Jamie Manenti knew that helping others buy, sell, and invest in real estate would bring joy, excitement and challenges, all while fostering new relationships with those in the local community.
Although native Detroiters, the Manenti's have lived in the Atlanta metro area for over 13 years and know the market extremely well. Through their affiliation with Keller Williams, America's largest real estate brokerage, they have unique access to first-to-market data, statistics, and cutting-edge real estate technology.
Having also spent years living in the metro areas of Detroit, Chicago, and Minneapolis, they're no strangers to home buying, selling, and moving. These experiences are what ultimately inspired them to become professional real estate consultants themselves as they know first-hand what it takes for an amazing experience (and just how easy it is to have an awful one as well).
Steve, with over 23 years working at AT&T as a senior-level executive and technologist through roles in sales, marketing, and operations is a seasoned professional who has negotiated dozens of contracts, many in the tens of millions of dollars. As he puts it, "whether I'm across a boardroom table negotiating mega-contracts with Fortune 15 companies around the world or sitting across the dining room table working through the details of a home sale, the excitement is the same. I take tremendous pride and passion in helping two parties get what they're after with each feeling as though they've won."
Jamie has experience that covers it all. She spent years working in corporate America with major brands such as Sears Holdings and Target, Inc., has worked for custom home builders, is the Team Lead at The Gray Door Group, and is the undisputed glue of the Manenti family raising their two boys and keeping Steve in check.
When they're not out making new friends, studying the market, and learning new real estate technologies, you can find them spending time with their boys on baseball fields around the state of Georgia, at their investment property in the North Georgia mountains, and with their two pups Roxie (Boxer) and Maggie (Yorkie).
