Originally from Florida, Phyllis joined the Army in 1986 and served 26 honorable years and retired as a First Sergeant in 2012, and decided to make Georgia her home. While serving in the military Phyllis earned several degrees, an associate degree in Supervisory Leadership, a bachelors degree in Psychology, and a masters degree in Economics. In 2015 Phyllis earned another masters degree in accounting. This military experience and degrees of variation in education have provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations and educating home buyers and sellers. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Phyllis strives for in all aspects of life.
