Kathy Villafane is the Broker/CEO of the Real Estate Resource Center of South Georgia. The Resource Center was established in 2016. After working at a few brokerages, Kathy decided in October 2021 to make the Resource Center into her own Firm, which has a satellite office in Atlanta. In order for Kathy to keep up with the high demands of real estate, she has four employees and two real estate agents.
She is very passionate about her profession and believes it's ALL ABOUT YOU and your needs. She is a military relocation specialist and was awarded the top 50 Network Agent award from Veterans United Realty. As an independent agent in 2021, she was blessed to serve over 100 clients, received the Business Leader of the Year award, by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and was the Grand Marshall at the annual Christmas parade.
Kathy has been named the Best Realtor 5 years in a row by the Coastal Courier, from 2017 -2021. In 2019 & 2020 she served as the Chairman of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.
In 2006 she received the Rookie of the Year award, 2008 REALTOR of the Year, 2011 she served as the President of the Hinesville Area Board of REALTORS and in 2015 was named Small Business Person of the Year, by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce.
After the passing of her older sister Brenda, she went to the County Commissioner and the City of Hinesville to receive proclamations that started Paint Liberty Pink. Paint Liberty Pink started in 2019 and is now a yearly event that brings awareness to breast cancer for the citizens in our community.
Kathy loves her church and has been a member since 2006. Her faith is strong and believes that you can do All Things through Christ Jesus. However, her most important accomplishments are being married to her husband for almost 35 years, who is retired from the military and her two daughters.
