My name is Brenda Guy, I started my real estate career in 1987 with the same office I am with now, however, ownerships have changed around me. Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty bought our company at the end of 2016, retaining our broker, Alan Harris, so the transition was smooth and the company has been a pleasure to work with. I look forward to many more happy years with Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty. My husband, Billy Guy, has been supportive of my crazy real estate hours and since his retirement, assist me in a huge capacity. Our daughter, Renae Carlton, joined my real estate business and became my equal partner about 12 years ago. Another best move!! Billy and I are residents of Bartow County since the early 70's and are long time active members of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Adairsville.
