First and foremost, my name is Sarah Wood. My husband, a recently retired Senior Chief in the United States Navy, and I currently own and manage several rental properties in the Northeast Florida, Southeast Georgia area. The experience of buying, selling, renting properties, piqued my interest in the details of the real estate transactions. This is how I became a Realtorhopefully your realtor!

In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Georgia, I also own Game Over! Video Games & More in Kingsland, GA. While I try my best to hide it, you will quickly learn, I am a total nerd at heart.
