Hi! I'm Barbara Pater: International President's Circle Award Winner 2013-2019
I have lived in Chapel Hill since 1997, when my husband and I decided that we wanted to find the "perfect" place to raise our children, then 6 and 10. We landed in Chapel Hill after searching several US cities. My daughter has since graduated from the University of NC at Chapel Hill and my son from NC School of The Arts. My husband works here at the hospital at UNC. We moved here from San Diego and never looked back.

Since moving to North Carolina, and before I became a real estate agent, I worked as a flight attendant with Midway Airlines. That helped me hone my negotiating skills...put people on a plane, and you are in charge of making the best of every situation. What a fantastic job! RTP's premier regional airline shutdown after 9/11 and I took advantage of a few years off to raise my kids.

I love riding horses and gardening. Married to a great guy since 1981. I value my relationships and add my clients to my friend list. I am high energy and tireless when it comes to either selling a home or finding the perfect next home. I look forward to working together!
