As a 9th generation native of the southeastern coast, Catherine Harrison Cobb grew up navigating the waterways, woods, Western NC mountains and the historic streets of the Low Country just as her agricultural ancestors have done for centuries. As a Broker with over 18 years of experience representing buyers and sellers throughout the Southeast, she is one of the most knowledgeable and well connected when it comes to finding the right property whether it is a residential property, waterfront home, a few acres or several thousand acres of recreational property. Catherine is tireless in promoting land conservation throughout the Low Country in effort to preserve the natural places that still exist for generations to come.

Catherine and her family enjoy and manage over 1500 acres of wildlife habitat, duck ponds and cattle between farms in GA and SC. Living and breathing this lifestyle provides invaluable insight for her clients for both marketing their properties for sale or finding one to call their own.

An avid fly fisherman and former retail outfitter, Catherine is a well accomplished instructor having been a guide in the coastal low country, Southeastern Alaska and beyond.

Catherine has a BA in Spanish from the College of Charleston.
