Joining the Outer Banks Blue Sales force in May 2014, Adam created the OBX Island Guys Sales Team with Shane Collins. The OBX Island Guys bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their clients in all facets of real estate.
Adam lived in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area until he graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S.B.A in Financial Management. Shortly thereafter, he moved permanently to the Outer Banks and jumped into the real estate industry, assisting several premier agents in the area while obtaining his real estate license. Since then, Adam has provided top notch service to his buyer and seller clients.
Adam is married to Sara and they have a wonderful son named Simon. They enjoy time together at the beach, surfing and just relaxing. When not at the beach, they work around the house, in the garden, or yard. After a long day, they enjoy going to "local" restaurants that the Outer Banks has to offer.
Adam holds the following designations and certifications: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), RSPS (Resort and Second Property Specialist), and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).
Adam specializes in residential commercial land investment rental inco transactions.
