After working in the real estate field for over 13 years Bobby & Kelley decided that it was time to step away from the brand named company that they had started their real estate careers with & start something of their own. They wanted to start a company that stood on the values that they strive to follow in both their professional & personal lives. Honesty, Integrity & Treating others as they would want to be treated. That lead to the creation of Pathfinder Realty. Here at Pathfinder Realty you will find full time Realtors who want what is best for you & will do our best to help you archive your real estate goals. Everyones real estate needs are different and we want to help you find your path home!

Our group is a business partnership between Broker, Bobby Spradlin & Broker/Owner of Pathfinder Realty, Kelley Kesterson. We also have a Buyer's Specialist, Jeremy Lee. Bobby Spradlin has 18 years of experience in the real estate market and Kelley Kesterson has 16 years of real estate experience. We work as a team to assist in all of your real estate needs. We are located in the Regions Bank building at Thomas Crossroads.

Kelley is Broker & Owner:

A little about me. A few names that I answer to are wife, mom, daughter, friend and Realtor. After graduating from Tennessee Tech with a Bachelors of Science Degree, I moved back to Georgia and somewhat fell into a career in real estate. I started helping my dad out in real estate in 2006 and have been working in the industry full time since then. I am a real estate broker and own Pathfinder Realty located in Newnan, GA. I am a problem solver by nature and enjoy working through the process of helping clients with one of the most important transactions of their lifetime. I believe that you should treat others how you want to be treated in life & try to bring that into my real estate business as well. In my spare time, I like spending time with my family & friends, spending time outdoors, restoring classic cars with my husband & autocrossing my 99 Mustang Cobra.

Bobby is a Broker:

I am originally from Hogansville, GA & have also lived in McMinnville, TN & Sartell, MN. When deciding to get out of the manufacturing business after 28 years & return to Georgia to be closer to family, I decided that I would get into real estate. I have since been involved in over 1000 transactions and learned that no deal is ever the same. My wife is a retired school teacher & I have two daughters & four grandchildren which I love to spend time with and spoil. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and wood working.

Jeremy is a Buyer's Specialist:

I relocated to the South Metro Atlanta area in 2010 to work for my long time friend Kelley & her dad Bobby as a field inspector & repair coordinator. In 2015, I decided to take my real estate career to the next level and become a real estate agent. After getting my license, I started working as the buyers specialist. What I enjoy most is helping people get into the right home buying situation. My wife, Kate, grew up in Peachtree City and we live in Senoia, Georgia with our 3 year old son Mason. When not working, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and building classic cars including my 1969 Camaro.
