Before becoming a Realtor, I was a professor. Although in different fields, my goal is to always inform and educate people. Because of this, I am in constant professional development, always assisting to classes, workshops, and seminars in order to be better prepared to serve my community. Additionally, I host a weekly program, Coffee & Real Estate con Lorainne, where I invite guest who are experts in a variety of topics my audience might be interested in. I also created a wordpress blog, Trailing the Sublime, to keep people updated on activities, events, entertainment, small business, and other areas of interest. In my social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook Page, and TikTok), you can find valuable content.

I also worked in home remodeling for a while, and I am familiarized with houses from the inside out. Being an avid traveler has allowed me to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds and to be more understanding and inclusive; it has also allowed me to know the best spots in the places Ive visited, one of them being the attractive state of Florida.
Lastly, I work with people who are experts in the real estate marketslenders, investors, inspectors, insurance officers, and so forth.

Antes de convertirme en agente de bienes races, fui profesora. Aunque en campos diferentes, mi objetivo siempre ha sido informar y educar a las personas. Por esta razn, me encuentro en constante desarrollo profesional, asistiendo siempre a clases, talleres y seminarios para estar mejor preparada y poder servir mejor a mi comunidad.
