I am the listing lead for the Smoke Rise Agents team of Realty Associates of Atlanta, LLC. and primary designer of our marketing initiatives. I began my career in real estate straight out of college in Houston, TX and have sold in Dallas, TX; Cleveland & Medina, OH; Northern Kentucky - Cincinnati, OH and now the Greater Atlanta area. My sales and listing experience has always won awards for now only volume but innovation.

Over 25 years were spent consulting to almost every large franchisor and many large regionals as well as brokerages on business, technology and marketing issues and opportunities. I have authored over 250 publications including four books and am considered an expert in many facets of the industry.

Going from consulting to listing and marketing has been a fulfilling change and although I really enjoy business consulting, I love the contacts and work of getting homes sold.
