Beths service is founded on over 25 years of knowledge and experience. She has a BA degree in marketing and real estate and experience in lending, new home sales, and over 850 buyer and seller transactions.
Beth graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1991, got married and moved to Charlotte, NC. She has lived and worked through recessions, bull-markets, and now a pandemic-market. All the while, working in the best interest of her clients. She has worked for GMAC Mortgage, Mulvaney Homes, and ERA. While at ERA, she was a top 5% agent in the US for several years. In 2003 Beth created Pihl Realty, Inc., which she continues to own, operate and manage as Broker-in-charge to this day.
The Pihl family moved to Mooresville in the Lake Norman area in 2005. In 2009, Beth started working in affiliation with Southern Homes of the Carolinas, a boutique firm, which has grown rapidly and is now the leading real estate firm in the area.
Beth enjoys spending time on Lake Norman with her husband, 2 children and dog. She is also an avid runner. Training to run marathons has helped develop Beths discipline, tenacity, endurance and determination. All of these skills she puts to good use for her clients to ensure they achieve their end goal!
