She has surpassed the 25M mark in real estate sales for three consecutive years. In 2019, Staci sold more than 20M in property at Seabolt Real Estate, plus an additional 7.68M at a previous brokerage firm. In addition, she secured the highest residential sale prices in 2019 in Savannah's Landmark District and on Skidaway Island, negotiating skillfully on behalf of her sellers.
A member of the invitational Christies International Real Estate Masters Circle, Staci combines her knowledge of the Savannah area with her background in business and accounting to deliver a highly professional experience for buyers and sellers. Staci and her dedicated team of marketing, social media, photography and staging professionals offer a full-service, client-focused experience for sellers and buyers at any price point. A longtime resident of downtown Savannah, Staci is known for her in-depth market knowledge, uncompromising integrity and strong negotiation skills. A former financial and business consultant, she brings a business-oriented approach to real estate.
Earlier in her career, Staci worked in accounting, finance and account management at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta and served as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She also worked as a controller for the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and served as chief of staff in SCADs Office of the President. She attended Clemson University and the University of Delaware and has a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Staci currently serves on the budget committee for Savannah Area REALTORS and on the board of directors for the Savannah Multi-list Corporation and the Savannah Philharmonic. She has previously held positions on the board of directors for the Downtown Neighborhood Association as well as the Savannah Film Commission. Active in the community, she is the treasurer of the Downtown Garden Club of Savannah and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah. She is also a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church, the Telfair Museum of Art Directors Circle, the Savannah Philharmonic Composers Circle and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce.
Staci specializes in historic, luxury, waterfront, first-time home buyers, mult-family, condominiums and scad parents transactions.
