My Name is Caroline Sullivan. I am a native of Anderson County and have been active in Real Estate for 17 years. When I begin my career, the real estate industry had suffered a serious melt down. Because of this unprecedented crisis, the economy and the housing market created major challenges. Despite these challenges, I was able to build, grow and succeed in my career. Although prices had been somewhat depressed in Anderson County, I successfully listed and sold property with qualified buyers and at nearly the asking price and at a time when that was considered impossible. In addition to my real estate career, I have been co owner and manager of Van Sullivan Photography for over 30 years. This experience has afforded me access to a vast customer base not only in Anderson but all over the upstate, from which I am able to offer my services as a Realtor. It has also given me decades of experience in sales as well as problem solving and customer service.
Customer service and strong communication skills are a specialty of mine. One of my strongest assets is engaging my clients best interest without compromising ethics. I will work with you to create custom strategies, leveraging all the tools available, including print, internet and my social media containing over 3300 personal clients and friends to reach the widest audience and get your house sold!
Being a third generation Andersonion, I have watched this area develop for over for forty years and am very familiar with the demographics of Anderson County as well as the surrounding area. Much of my knowledge is derived from studying current economic conditions and markets that affect property value as well as personal assets. I am very optimistic regarding the future of the market in my area and I eagerly embrace opportunities to serve as a buyers agent or be of service to sellers in my hometown. I am a graduate of Anderson College with a Liberal Arts degree and continued my education in business and communications at Winthrop University. I am married to Van Sullivan Sr and my hobbies include teaching group fitness (34 years) previously at the Anderson Area YMCA, Senior Solutions, and now in LIVE online private Facebook Group as well as SilverSneakers at Centerwell Primary Care. I enjoy also tennis with friends, gardening with my husband and relaxing with our four cats.
