Eric was born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee. He is a class of 2006 Bradley Central High School graduate. Before starting in real estate he worked for and helped run his family-owned restaurant. In 2015 he went on to obtain his real estate license and within his first year, had earned his company's "Rookie of the Year" award. Eric is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and has had the pleasure of helping numerous local families achieve their real estate goals as well as out-of-state buyers relocating to the East Tennessee and North Georgia areas. He and his wife have a 13-year-old son and during their free time, can be found outdoors with their family dog, taking advantage of everything that our beautiful state has to offer.
