David and Lisa Flemings professional success can be partly attributed to their longevity and connectivity as Hilton Head Island residents for almost 30 years, along with their experience as small business owners for nearly 20 years of an outdoor recreation company. As business owners, David and Lisa focused on building strong relationships within Hilton Head Islands residential and resort communities. Raising 3 children they have gone from coach and team mom to chauffeur and head cheerleader. They are active members of their church and when not watching their kids in a soccer game, regatta, or hockey match your likely to find them in or on the water, on the links or on the court.
David uses his business and political science education from Kent State University, along with years of practical experience of restaurant management and running their outdoor recreational business. Davids experience has helped shape his natural talents and expertise in negotiations, value of service, effective marketing strategies and industry knowledge. His vast proficiency of the areas history and Hilton Head Island and the surrounding communitys market is a true asset.
Lisa uses her BFA from The University of Cincinnatis DAAP (Design, Art, Architecture and Planning) and experience as an Art Gallery Director and Artist to effectively market property listings through professional photography, print, design, and digital marketing campaigns. Together David and Lisas negotiation skills, dedication and focus on client goals and needs gives them and ultimately their clients the competitive edge and solid representation. They leverage their industry knowledge, experience, expertise, commitment and tireless dedication to excel and produce successful results for their clients. David and Lisas multidisciplinary approach and creative strategies have contributed to millions of dollars in real estate transactions.
