After graduating from Agnes Scott College with a dual degree in Economics and English, Ann worked with a preeminent appraisal company in Atlanta valuing properties. This experience gave her analytical skills that are beneficial to all types of real estate transactions. In 1987, she moved to St. Simons Island to join her husband Wallace, a St. Simons native. The Harrell's have two daughters, Elizabeth and Laura Ann. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a MBA from Northwestern University. She is a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, and she is married to Austin Wallace, a resident at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Laura Ann graduated from Mercer University and has a Masters in English Education from the University of Georgia.
An Associate Broker and top producer, Ann is a lifetime member of the Circle of Excellence and has received numerous sales awards. She loves community involvement and is a member of the Cassina Garden Club, the St. Simons Cotillion, a Live Oak member of the St. Simons Land Trust and a Victory Board member of the American Cancer Society. She and her husband are active members of Christ Church, Frederica.
