Cindy L. Marchbanks, REALTOR

I grew up in Greenville, attended Clemson University and the Medical University of S.C., where I received my degree in Physical Therapy. I worked as a Physical Therapist in the Greenville community for many years prior to beginning my real estate career in 2019. My husband and I have been married for 25+ years and have two children. As a Physical Therapist, care and compassion for my patients was the cornerstone of my practice.
In real estate, I bring the same care and compassion to my clients and treat them like family. Buying or selling a home may be one of the most important decisions you make, it may also be one of the most stressful. My goal is to make your real estate experience less stressful and, believe it or not, fun! My availability, work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will assure that you reach the closing table with a smile. Whether buying or selling, your home is always my priority. I am honored to help you with your real estate needs.
