Originally from Pennsylvania, Eric received his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Marywood University in Scranton, PA. He immediately began using his degree and worked in an architecture firm for a few years. Eric played an integral role in many residential and commercial projects of varying sizes and complexities, his favorite projects being historic restoration and adaptive reuse projects. After moving to Raleigh, Eric worked for a home builder where he managed the construction of new homes in various communities around the triangle. Erics background in architecture and home construction is extremely helpful when viewing homes with clients, allowing him to better understand the homes he shows and share his knowledge.
When he is not working to find new homes for his clients, Eric enjoys reading mystery books, watching DIY tv shows, and refinishing antique furniture. You can also find him walking his cocker spaniel, Charlie, around his neighborhood in North Raleigh.
