Thank you for stopping by my page on Realtorwww. My name is Terri Thornton and I have lived in Greene County, GA for most of my life, I started selling Real Estate in 1994. My 29+ years of experience has kept me focused on the continuing development of the Lake Oconee Area & downtown Greensboro. While I do not limit myself to lake properties, I also enjoy working and selling in the surrounding towns of Greensboro, Union Point, Buckhead, Madison and Eatonton and the rural areas of Greene, Putnam, Morgan and occasionally Oconee Counties. My experience includes first time buyers, empty nesters, estates, move up buyers & sellers as well as 2nd home purchasers & sellers.

The past 29 years have been very busy for the growth of this area. I have watched this area go from a 2 red light town to a resort area loaded with gated communities, lake homes and even a prestigous hotel. While selling Real Estate and watching the growth, I have served as a board member for the Greene County Chamber of Commerce for 8 years, Greene Co. Board of Equalization & I am also a graduate of the 1998/99 Leadership Greene. Currently, I serve on the Greensboro Zoning Board as the Chairperson, the Downtown Development Program in Greensboro, & Firefly Trail for Union Point as well as various sub-committees. I am lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club and have won various other awards from Coldwell Banker International.
