When I decided to get into Real Estate it was because of personal bad experiences I had. It took me weeding out Agents to find one that was looking out for my best interest. I ultimately found one of who I had referred many friends too. When she got out of the business was when I decided to start thinking about changing my career to Real Estate. I thought we need more of those type of agents and not some big Real Estate group that you are just another number. I wanted to create an environment where the Buyer or Seller felt I was guiding them to the best decision. This is a large purchase, and most people have a hard time with the decision and some get so disappointed when what they want does not come to fruition. It can be very emotional, and I am there to support in what ever way I can. This is why I have partnered with a couple of companies that will allow you to buy before selling without losing 20% to 50% of your equity. I've also partnered with great Attorneys and Lenders to where you are not paying a fortune yet still getting great service. I have been doing this long enough to get those preferred vendors.
