A licensed Realtor since 2001, Hally began her career in Real Estate selling property in gated golf communities on Lake Oconee. With values ranging from 250,000 to over 5 million, she was afforded vast experience working in an extensive and varied market. Initially working for a national firm in the Lake Oconee area, Hally enjoyed immediate success and recognition, but her experience in Real Estate actually started long before that in Atlanta, GA. After graduation from UGA in 1996, Hally was hired as a property manager for Summit Properties in Atlanta where she worked for several years. After that, Hally was an executive sales associate for Marriott International in the Corporate Housing Division where she was in charge of locating housing for employees and executives of Fortune 500 companies. From there, she obtained her real estate license and moved to Lake Oconee. Hallys specialties include land, residential real estate: new construction and resale, investment property, and custom homes. Working the Lake Oconee area gave her extensive insight into the entire development process. She was able to learn first hand the "ins and outs" of identifying a community for home sites, planning and zoning, development and construction, and finally, sales. Her extensive and varied history make her a well rounded and experienced realtor ready to work with buyers, sellers, builders, developers, tenants and landlords.In 2006, Hally and her family returned to Athens. After a period of inactivity in Real Estate, Hally has re-activated her license and joined 5 Market Realty.
