I am thrilled about the opportunity to be your Realtor. My education and experience have provided me with valuable skills useful in managing real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers and effectively marketing listings. I am detail-oriented, sharp, proactive, and appreciative of every experience. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and purposely work daily to go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
I was born a North Carolinian and bred an Aggie at NC A&T State University. I moved to Atlanta to further my education at Georgia Tech, where I earned a graduate degree in Civil Engineering - Construction Management. I worked for the Department of Energy, and ultimately ended up working in a ministry that allowed me to truly do what I enjoy - support others. When I combined that realization of helping others with the great American dream - home ownership, it led me to take the necessary training to become a Realtor, join Century 21 Connect Realty and establish Goins Places Property Group.
Curious about where the name, Goins, came from? Well, Goins carries great significance to me as it is my Fathers last name. My Mother and Father were and still are huge role models to me. As my Father had only girls, Goins Places Property Group pays homage to him as it helps establish legacy for others.
I am currently a resident of Snellville, where Everybody is Somebody. I enjoy jogging, strength-training, watching movies, traveling, and giving others a reason to smile.
