Scott Talley moved to Athens in 1999. He enrolled at the University of Georgia where he studied communications and real estate. After graduating , Scott began his career in real estate with Coldwell Banker where he led the marketing and sales of several large condo and residential developments in the Athens area. In 2007, Scott earned a Broker's license and added commercial real estate as an additional area of expertise. In 2011, Scott joined Landmark Properties as the Director of Sales where he worked extensively with residential, investment, and commercial properties. In 2015, Scott Talley opened 5Market Realty in Athens, GA. 5Market is now a full service real estate firm that services the greater Athens area.
Scott Talley acts as the qualifying broker and managing partner of 5Market Realty. In this role, Scott manages the business of 5Market, and oversees a team of experienced sales associates working primarily in the greater Athens area.
Scott Talley has extensive background selling investment real estate in the Athens area. Therefore, Scott is able to help investors both large and small locate ideal investment properties throughout Georgia.
