Forsyth, Georgia is a charming southern town with a population of around 4,000 people. It is the county seat of Monroe County and is located about an hour south of Atlanta. Forsyth is known for its historic courthouse square, which is filled with boutique shops, restaurants, and businesses. The town is also home to several parks and outdoor recreational areas, including the scenic High Falls State Park. Additionally, Forsyth hosts several events throughout the year, including the Forsythia Festival in the spring and the Christmas Parade in December.
