About Billy: If you would like to know a little more about me, before I begin learning about you...Here is how I ended up on Maui. Before moving to Maui 22 years ago I worked as the CEO of a records and information management firm in Silicon Valley. I lived in San Francisco, built a wonderful company with the help of an amazing Co-CEO, patient and brilliant mentors and stockholders, and even better employees...We sold that business in 1999. I married my girlfriend on Maui, traveled the world and decided to settle on Maui. I did some consulting, worked with a few different start-ups and considered moving back to the Bay Area to build another company. I just couldn't do it. After a less than elegant experience buying my first home on Maui, a question popped into my head. Could I reinvent myself and apply the lessons learned in business to real estate to provide a better experience?

P.S. I live in Spreckelsville with my wife. We're officially empty nesters now. We love our outdoor lifestyle which includes surfing, wing foiling, mountain biking, yoga, hiking, snorkeling and just about anything that gets us out in the fresh air and sunshine.
