Born and raised in Seattle, WA, I loved camping and fishing growing up. While going to school, I worked as a chef and later managed record stores. I then went to school in Los Angeles where I spent a while working as a second engineer in a recording studio and then nine years as a music talent scout for various record labels. I then returned to Seattle to work for a major software company in technology roles of quality assurance and project management. During this time, I discovered Hawai'i for the first time after visiting Maui for my sister's wedding. It impressed me how beautiful it is, how kind the people are and that all my favorite things could grow here (coffee, all the wonderful fruit and the amazing seafood). Every year after that for eight years, I returned to the Big Island and during these times, traveled everywhere on the island and around the island, from the top of Mauna Kea to the bottom of Waipio Valley and everywhere in between. One day, the time was right and I moved to Hilo and have never looked back. If you need someone to help you find your next property on the Big Island, I am your agent!
