I was raised in Omaha Nebraska attended and graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a double major in business. My family and I have lived in Omaha Ne, Crested Butte Co, Phoenix Arizona, Oahu Hawaii and now the Big Island of Hawaii.
My mothers family are McCormacks, from Ireland, County Tipperary.
My fathers family are from Hawaii, all ilands here, according to my Aunties. We are blessed with many generations here in Hawaii. Our great great grandmother was Jane Buckles Clark, she was blessed to service as Queen Liliuokalani's, lady in waiting for many years.
My daughters family today lives in Phoenix along with my wonderful first granddaughter. My son is in his senior year at a Hawaiian school and worked hard to obtain the National Honor Society this past year.
My goal is to help individuals, partners, corporations, LLC and family's both local and from other parts of the world buy, sell and invest in Real Estate.
Negotiations is what I do best. If you are looking to buy, most of my clients are internet smart and often find the property or properties they want to purchase. They contact me to negotiate the deal to closing.
