I was born and raised on Kauai and my family is made up of mostly contractors. I work for my father part time as an estimator and project manager as well as the director of his OSHA program. I am currently 1 of only 2 Certified Green Professionals on Kauai (for construction).
Real Estate sales, for buyers and seller, and property management are my main focus. However, I bring a lot of my construction background into my real estate transactions by being able to identify concerns, give ideas, and project costs.
I obtained my original associates real estate license in 2001 but got my Brokers license in 2011. I'm also currently working on becoming a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).
I'm a mom to a college student, a daughter of a contractor, a sister of a astro- physicist, a remodeler, green enthusiast, and a yard care maniac.
