Barbara Sam Miller & family moved from Denver to Kauai in 1985 and lived there for ten years until son, Chad, graduated and went off to the University of Hawaii. The family then moved to Maui where husband Joe pursued a residential subdivision in Kihei. In Denver, Joe was part owner of a major development and custom building company and Sam was office manager for a local real estate firm. The Miller team of Sam & Joe specialize in home & condo sales in South Maui with occasional listings and sales in Central Maui. Sam is dedicated to her real estate business and spends many hours to improve her computer skills & knowledge by continuously studying new programs specifically designed for Real Estate.
