Rachel Ball Phillips is a Broker-In-Charge of Carol Ball and Associates. After spending her childhood learning the fine details of the real estate business from her parents, Rachel obtained her Hawaii Real Estate Salespersons license in 1986. Rachel spent 13 years as an estimator and project coordinator in the construction industry before becoming a full time REALTOR-Associate with the company 2001. Rachel went on to receive her Real Estate Brokers license in 2004 and has also obtained the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR), Graduate REALTOR Institute Designation (GRI), At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), e-PRO Certification (e-PRO), and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist Certification (RSPS). Rachel also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hawaii and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Michigan and is a licensed Hawaii General Building Contractor (currently inactive).
Rachel believes in giving back to community, and she has served on boards and committees for the Hawaii Association of Realtors, Realtors Association of Maui, County of Maui, Kiwanis Club of the Valley Isle, Seabury Hall and other community and professional organizations.
Rachel is a fourth generation Maui resident and enjoys spending time with her husband Larry and sons Austin and Carter.
