I am originally from California and have spent a significant part of my life living in the Asia Pacific Region including 13 years in Japan where I both went to school and started my business career. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Management Science and a Masters Degree in Pacific International Affairs (MPIA) both from the University of California. I started my career in the telecommunications industry and eventually helped establish a multi-national telecommunications firm based in both Tokyo and Singapore which served the entire Asia Pacific Region. I relocated to Hawaii in 2002 with my family with the goal of transitioning to a career in real estate thus fulfilling my lifelong dream. I joined the Sachi Hawaii Pacific Centuries Properties in 2014 where I had been "Top Producer" from 2018 to 2020 focusing my efforts on the luxury properties market in Hawaii. In December 2020 I established my own brokerage firm Damon Hawaii Pacific International Properties. Along with having knowledgeable and international experience in contracts and negotiations for my clients, I like to think of himself as a good listener and personal consultant keen on bringing the right real estate solution to my clients needs whatever they may be. I speak English, Japanese and Spanish and on a personal note I enjoy boating and surfing.
