With great pride and excitement, I have joined Coldwell Banker Island Properties located in the beautiful town of Waimea on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Having bought and sold my own properties in Hawaii, Colorado and California, Im no stranger to real estate. After graduating from the University of Hawaii Manoa campus and 30 years of teaching dance throughout Hawaii and Colorado, my journey to become a real estate professional began when my husband and I moved to the Big Island in 2013.

I have been a licensed Realtor in Hawaii since 2015. Along with my sales experience, I have held many behind the scenes support roles in active real estate companies. These roles provided me the opportunity to learn all aspects of the industry necessary for exceptional client representation and successful transaction management. My experience also includes property management for both long and short term rentals, which has provided me with a well rounded knowledge about the industry as a whole.

Being self-employed as a dance instructor and juggling many aspects of a thriving business, my real estate journey was an easy transition. Hawaii island is my home and I take pride in providing a professional real estate service and exemplary representation for my clients. In addition to my personal real estate investments and transactions, I have helped many clients, family and friends realize the same successes.

If Im not thinking about real estate you can find me gardening, dancing hula, exploring walking paths and enjoying Hawaii Island.
