Breze Hyatt is the youngest, and the only girl of 3 children. She was born here on the Big Island of Hawaii but grew up in Southern California. Her family returned to the Big Island when she was in her early teens. Here she graduated a year early from Pahoa High School and did course study at Hawaii Community College. She completed her Real Estate classes at Vitousek School of Real Estate and secured her Hawaii Real Estate License in late 2003. She began her Real Estate career in January of 2004.

Breze enjoys her profession as her passion for people and making dreams of home ownership become a reality is very rewarding. In her 15 years of real estate experience she has worked with people all over the spectrum from the first time home buyer to the subdivision developer. Her motto is "Breeze through real estate with me!" Because whether you are a buyer or a seller she strives to make the transaction as smooth and effortless as possible. She prides herself on listening to her clients needs and wants, then doing her best to deliver. She takes joy in knowing that you come to her as a client, but as you progress through your transaction so does your relationship and you close as friends.

When Breze is not at work she spends her time raising her 3 beautiful children as a single mother. She is her children's biggest cheerleader. You can usually find her on the Bay Front Soccer field watching her 11yr old Kyle and her 8yr old TJ play soccer Monday-Saturday and on occasion Sunday. If they aren't at the soccer field they are at the Kawamoto pool watching her only daughter 16yr old Starlyt doing a back dive off the diving board during diving practice. Her children and her profession keep her busy but she counts it all a joy.

When she finds a moment for herself you can find her with her head in a book. She loves to collect second hand books written by some of the greatest thinkers such as Og Mandino, Napoleon Hill, John C. Maxwell, Robert Kiyosaki, Bruce Wilkinson, Dr. Emerson Eggerichs, Gary D. Chapman, & Norman Vincent Peale just to name a few.
