Alysha Nichols-Sparkman is a Texas transplant that originally moved to Hawaii in 1993, where she received her Bachelor of Science from UH Hilo in Tropical Agriculture. In 1996 Alysha and her husband, Sidney, began their family landscape business on Maui and really grew roots in the community. Their company, SGS Hawaii Inc., is still thriving today. Now state-wide, it provides sustainable landscape management to many island resorts.
In addition to growing their business during this span of two+ decades, Alysha returned to Texas, and finished raising their two sons in the midst of 'ohana, including grandparents, aunties and uncles. It was in Texas that Alysha first became a Realtor. She instantly LOVED it, which led her to selling many properties and keeping her clients happy, which is always her primary goal. Over that decade she was presented various company sales awards, including numerous honors in Prudential's President's Circle. In Texas, as well as Hawaii, Alysha invested in many personal real estate properties as well, both as rentals and lucrative resales. To put it mildly, real estate is Alysha's passion! This will be evident upon your first meeting with her, whether it is to purchase or to sell a property. She is excited to now be selling all of the unique beauty and abundance that Maui has to offer!
In addition to real estate, Alysha enjoys Stand Up Paddling, gardening, hiking, family time and taking her furry best friend for rides around the awe inspiring island of Maui with Sidney. Both of her sons, Bryant and Brady, have joined the family landscape business and also reside on the Valley Isle. Bryant volunteers his spare time as an assistant baseball coach at Maui High. His beautiful wife, Rachelle, is an amazing Kindergarten teacher at Pu'u Kukui, carefully crafting our keiki's minds. Brady is a talented musician and you just might catch him one evening at an open mic night somewhere on the island. The entire family enjoys being on Maui and giving back to the place we chose as home.
