Sarah Timmons grew up in Fort Payne, Alabama, and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Alabama. In 2010, as her professional career was taking off in Atlanta, she found herself drawn to real estate through a positive connection with a local agent helping her find a place to call home.
Her grandparents moved to Destin when Sarah was just three years old, allowing her to grow up knowing the Emerald Coast as a second home. They sold the condo in 1998 to buyers who kept it until 2018, when it was once again offered for sale. Sarah was able to visit the condo, which had been kept much the same since her family owned it in the late 1990s, and secure a painting that belonged to her grandparents, which she now proudly displays in her home office.
Sarah enjoys the flexibility of real estate and meeting new people from all over the world. Her lifetime of knowledge about the area, combined with her background in sales and marketing, helped her to earn "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Individual Agent" honors with $14.8 million in sales at her previous brokerage. She specializes in guiding investors and helping buyers find the best return on investment for their purchase, in communities from Destin and Sandestin to 30A, including Seagrove and Dunes of Seagrove, as well as Panama City Beach.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with her husband, Kaylor, and her Yorkies, Rudy and Bruiser. She is an avid Alabama football fan, traveling to nearly every national championship game during Nick Saban's tenure. Sarah is also a member of Impact 100 of Northwest Florida, a women's non-profit organization focused on giving back to the community.
