Meet Evan Tom: Your Hawaii Real Estate Agent
A Punahou School and University of Washington Foster School of Business graduate, I specialize in building your wealth through real estate. Prior to real estate, I spent years in escrow expanding my knowledge base in real estate, lending, escrow, 1031, wills, trusts, foreclosures, and much more. While in Seattle, I was the territory sales representative for a Pacific Northwest Business in the Greater Downtown Seattle area. Born into a real estate family, my father is a Realtor of over 45 years.

Why I Give Back
Are you a giver or taker? I was asked this by my sales teacher and its always stuck with me since. Its a mentality that permeates my professional life and personal life. Im involved with the Chinatown Lions Club and Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise, with some recent projects involving: dictionaries to local elementary schools, donations and building efforts to combat homelessness, and Polio and Breast Cancer awareness. Im also active with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, with a focus on building and maintaining a strong Chinese community and culture here on Oahu.
In my Free Time
I love reading, video games, watching sports (basketball/football), and working out. I went to Seattle in 2016 for The International, an international DOTA 2 tournament with a prize pool at the time of 20.7 million dollars. I joined Toastmasters in 2017, and greatly enjoy working on improving myself.
