Mino was born on Maui and raised Upcountry. She graduated from Seabury Hall before going on to receive a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. After a few years working on Maui for Maui Kokua Services as a social worker, Mino was lured into the world of real estate. She took a job in San Francisco with a real estate investment company that was just getting its hands wet in the Hawaii real estate market. It was enough to tempt her to move home and get her Real Estate Sales License. In 2001 she received her real estate license and hit the ground running. Her license now hangs with Island Sotheby's International Realty's Upcountry office.. Mino specializes in Upcountry, North Shore, and South Maui real estate. She was the recipient of the 2003 Aloha Aina Realtors Choice Award (an award program sponsored by the Maui News and First Hawaiian Bank). In 2007 she was recognized as the Realtor-Salesperson of the year but the Realtors Association of Maui and in 2014 she earned her Broker's license. In her free time you can find Mino on the Tennis court. She resides in Kula, Maui with her two daughters
