I work as a team with my husbandJohn Friedman who is also a licensed Realtor with Kauai Aloha Real Estate, Inc. We opened Kauai Aloha Real Estate, Inc. in July of 2018 after 19 years selling Real Estate on Kauai. I have been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1999 and resident of Kauai since 1986, and, I wouldnt think of living anywhere else in the world. My years of real estate experience and my passion for the Garden Island go into to each and every real estate transaction I am involved with. I remain actively involved in residential sales and continue to be a recognized expert in home and vacant land acquisition on the north shore of Kauai. I credit my own personal property acquisition and home construction for providing me with much of my working knowledge of Kauais real estate industry. My personal purchase exposed me to the intimate details of the CPR process, contractor interviewing and hiring, and dozens of other particulars. My real estate practice has grown almost entirely out of referrals from happy clients. Whether representing Buyers or Sellers, my even-keeled disposition mixed with a tough-as-nails negotiating strategy makes me a force to contend with. Along with running my business, I have raised two children, son, Cody, owns his own business (Kauai Eco Blasting) and my daughter, Kayla, who graduated from Kauai Community College. I am most proud of my grandchildren Kaenon, Tatiana, and Archer. I enjoy spending my leisure time, at the beach with friends and family. My mother remains a big-part of my life and we spend as much time as we can together. I truly believe in "family first"! Most of my non-working time is spent maintaining my pride and joy, my home. Without a question, I know the importance of the work, and stresses, that can be associated with home ownership. It is for those reasons, that I have dedicated myself to assisting home buyers and sellers with the transaction process and the other nuances involved in a successful real estate sale or purchase.
