Julie is a real estate specialist with over 25 years of experience. Her favorite thing about being a real estate agent is helping to make her clients dreams come true - either by finding their new home, or selling their current home so the life they imagine becomes a reality.
She is a country girl at heart, having been born and raised in Southwestern Wyoming in a small ranching community. It was the place she learned the value of community, loyalty, honesty, integritybut most of all family. She married her high school sweetheart, has three beautiful daughters, and one granddaughter (who is adorably cute). She is an animal lover and has two dogs who love island life just as much as the rest of her family.
Julie and her family love the ocean, and when they vacationed in Hawaii in 2005 their dream of moving to Hawaii was born. Her family relocated to the Big Island in 2011 and they have never looked back. Julie loves the outdoors and is an avid scuba diver. She spends as much time underwater as possible. She loves photography and is always excited to take her camera underwater to capture pictures of all the interesting animals and landscapes she is always on the lookout for the biggest and smallest of creatures.
She knows what it means to have a vision of living life on the island, and then taking the steps to make the vision come true. Julie understands the complexities of relocating, either across an ocean or in the same town, and she is great at helping to navigate the challenges that can occur.
