I came to Hawaii from Canada in 1996 to escape the cold and have been a Big Island Resident ever since. I entered real estate after 8-years experience in the construction and building industry, where I met my husband, a Hilo native, and General Contractor. I found that this was a natural progression and addition to my working career. Originally, getting into real estate I was driven by a passion for finding the most affordable, special, and unique property for my family and I. This search confirmed that Hawaii is a very exotic and magical place. It is filled with properties to suit every lifestyle and budget. In this quest, I grew in many ways and then chose to take what I learned and share it with other people. Education continues to be important to me, and I am constantly taking classes and courses to better myself. To this end, I have several real estate designations including a Brokers license. I have been blessed through the experience of working on the sales of my clients. I truly love what I do and would consider it my privilege in working with you and in helping you discover your special property. Much of the reward comes through the continued relationships and referrals from my clients, many of whom have become friends and neighbors. With lots of hard work and a little bit of luck, I have developed strong networking relationships with other Hawaii real estate agents and associated vendors needed in the real estate transaction. I am a full-time agent and take my role in your process very seriously. I may not have all the answers all the time, but I generally know where to go to get the answers we need to help you make the best decisions in your sale or acquisitions.
