I have been a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2004 and obtained by real estate sales license in 2014. Over the years, I have worked for 3 different real estate companies but in 2023 I took the jump and opened Koch Real Estate. I am very familiar with home and acreage valuations in NE Iowa. I am flexible and willing to show homes when it works for my clients. I am a straight shooter and do not partake in real estate games or tactics. I refuse to be selfish and will put your needs above mine at all times. My goal is to help you through your real estate journey.
