Beth is dedicated to the Realtor Code of Ethics. She served on the Board of Directors for the East Central Iowa Association of Realtors for 9 years. She received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2013 and the Presidents Award in 2018. She currently serves as the Association mediator.

Beth enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys the many opportunities Dubuque and the surrounding areas offer to engage in the Arts including art festivals, murals, community plays, concerts and the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival. She enjoys the beautiful bluffs, local architecture and Mississippi River Walk. She appreciates the wonderful variety of parks, local restaurants, wineries and breweries.

As an active member of the community with a servant heart, Beth is actively involved in many cause related organizations. She is co-founder and president of the Red Basket Project. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Dubuque Rescue Mission and the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival and is a member of the WOmen's Giving Circle.
