I have been selling real estate since May of 2018. Graduating from Luther College in 2013, I spent 5 years working for a local non-profit as a program manager, servicing those struggling with severe mental illness. Feeling peaked in my career at a young age, I turned to real estate to continue my desire to help people, but also take my career aspirations to a new level. My clients will tell you I always go above and beyond. I am not selling you anything, I just give you advice so you can make the best decision for you. I will tell you in my first full year of real estate I was inducted into Coldwell Bankers International Diamond Society, a prestigious group ranking me among the top 10% of agents worldwide. I was also awarded Rookie of the Year based on sales volume, client satisfaction, and total transactions. In 2020, I elevated from Coldwell Bankers Diamond Society to their International Presidents Circle, ranking me among the top 5% of agents worldwide.
I will tell you as of 2020, at my brokerage, average days on market for listings is 37 days. Our nearest competitor is 41 days on market. My average time on market is 8 days, and the longest listing I have ever carried is 26 days on market. The Funky Realtor does things differently.
