Nic grew up in Cedar Rapids before moving to the Iowa City area where he has lived and worked for the past 10 years. This is his home, and he knows what it takes to connect and grow with his fellow neighbors, businesses, and community. Prior work experiences have provided him a wealth of opportunity to work with an array of personalities and individuals, from college students to business owners. He has excelled in speaking the languages of those personalities and developed a level of communication that is difficult to match. His charismatic approach and problem solving mindset is a rare combination seen in any professional services industry.
Nic graduated from the University of Iowa in 2014. The day of his commencement he decided to use his education in economic market analysis and entrepreneurial management in a way that allows him to continue to help flourish the Corridor community. He has represented clients in both the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City areas, and is familiar with the markets that are associated with them. In a time where information can be obtained from an immense number of outlets, the ability to refine and analyze that mass of information while still being able to develop a personal relationship through clear communication is essential to his success in the real estate industry.
