After 16 years in real estate sales, I remain captivated by the high energy of real estate in the beautiful river town of Dubuque, Iowa. Throughout my life, I have tried to live by the Golden Rule. I have an obligation to make people's lives better and to get up and do the right thing no matter how hard you've been knocked down, to be honest and straightforward,and above all, to keep promises--are the foundations of which I try to live my life and work.
The highlights of my life are my four children- Nicholas(23), Katherine(19), Maxwell(16), and Charlie(12). I have 2 granddaughters who are extra special too--Lillian(a week shy of 3) and Gabriella(3 months). I am a native Dubuquer, who is very proud of how Dubuque continues to grow and prosper. I attended University of Iowa and graduated from Loras College. I have my BA degree in Psychology and my minor in English. I am also owner/landlord of various rental properties. My experience,education, negotiation skills, and work ethic gives me an edge to be a strong agent in a very competitive market. Owning a home is such a honor and getting a great deal for my clients truly motivates me!!
If I am not at work, you will find me on the field cheering my kids on in sports, gardening,sitting by the pool, or behind a good book. It is a great time to buy or sell.....conditions are ideal for buyers with available tax credits and low interest rates. Providing customer service beyond a customer's expectations is the hallmark of how I work!
